Ceremony Only Package: $500
Includes one cameraman who will arrive at the church 1 hour before the start of the ceremony and film until the bride and groom leave the church. Package price includes cameraman, 1 video camera, tripod, lights, microphones, editing and postproduction, as well as 2 DVD copies of the video.

Add an additional cameraman for optimum coverage for $200

Full Day Videography Package: $1,600
Includes one cameraman for a total of 8 hours of coverage. Package price includes 1 cameraman, 1 videocamera, tripod, lights, steadicam, microphones, editing and postproduction, as well as 2 DVD copies of the video.

Additional hours of coverage: $100 per hour

OPTIONS:

Add a second (unmanned) camera at the ceremony for an extra angle and optimum coverage: $100

Add a second Cameraman for the pre-Ceremony and the Ceremony. This allows the two cameraman to film both the bride getting ready as well as the groom. It also allows for better coverage of the ceremony: $300

Add a second Cameraman for the entire day: $600

(note: these prices for an extra cameraman take into account the extra work required to shoot, download, edit, and export all of the additional footage shot the day of your wedding.)

Add a Video Message Camera at the reception: $200
(The video message camera is an additional camera that is set up on a tripod just outside the reception hall and is fixed with an umbrella light, a microphone, and a sign that reads: PLEASE LEAVE A VIDEO MESSAGE FOR THE BRIDE AND GROOM AT YOUR LEISURE. CAMERA IS ROLLING! And yes, the camera is constantly rolling and recording as guests can walk up on their own and say whatever they like. It’s a hilarious way to allow your guests to let loose and tell some funny stories on your wedding video . . . without the fear of being put on the spot by an obtrusive videographer. The video message camera is usually a crowd favorite near the end of the evening, after all the guests have had a few cocktails. :)

Add an interview session with the bride and groom as well as family and friends: $200
This is usually shot sometime before the wedding at a location of the bride and grooms choice. We can interview both the bride and groom about how they met, first impressions, funny dating stories, how they got engaged, etc. We can also interview family and friends if so desired. The interviews are truly a great to personalize the wedding video and fully tell your story. All interviews are seamlessly edited into the wedding video and greatly add to the videos professional look and entertainment value.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Wedding Website
Create your own customized website dedicated to your wedding day. After placing the website address on your wedding invitations, guests can log on to find out more information such as directions to the church or what’s being served for dinner. We can add pictures of the bride and groom and write up a story about how they met. After the wedding, we can add pictures of your special day so that guests can log on to the site and take a look at your photos.

We can also add a couple of short clips of your wedding video onto the website. Most importantly, guests who couldn’t make it to your wedding can simply log on, and with the click of a button, be transported back to that beautiful day!

A Mix CD
Create a list of your favorite songs, and we’ll burn them to a CD complete with graphics and titles directly onto the disc (looks just like a professionally printed CD!). These are great gifts for the guests who will no doubt pop this disc into their CD players on their way home from your wedding and embarrassingly sing at the top of their lungs. There is no better gift than music to take you back to that joyous occasion. A timeless treasure.

Photo Montage
We produce a montage of your favorite photos complete with music, transitions, and titles and add it to your DVD. These are great to show the bride and groom growing up, or possibly even a “Honeymoon” segment that you can add to your DVD or even your Website!

Presentation of Photo Montage at Rehearsal or Reception
We can project this montage accompanied by music onto a five foot screen at either your reception or as entertainment at your rehearsal dinner.

Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner Coverage
While we attend each rehearsal dinner to plan for shooting during the ceremony, we can also bring cameras along to shoot the rehearsal dinner if so desired.

One half of total payment is due upon signing of contract and is non-refundable. This payment reserves services for the date of the wedding. The second half of the payment is due upon delivery of the DVD’s. Extra copies can be obtained at the cost of $20.00 per copy.
